Welcome back. My personal schedule this week and next is pretty hectic. I’ll throw this little exercise out there for fun. Writing it was a bit of fun that took up very little time.

Alliterative Aberration #109 The simple silly slob sinks stupid seals Beneath bombastic bellows burning bright. While whipping wavy waters, what a fright, They never knew that no one hears their peals. Entrapped in endless effervescent flows, Forever finding failures from the first Tenacious trying task to be immersed As apples all apparently disclose. My tongue is twisted terribly tis true, My melancholic mastery mistakes Alliterative aspects all along Humongous humor's hearkened to my song. A short and shoddy shiftless fool who shakes Politely the pernicious pickles too. Frank Garnick © Copyright The Archer's March 31 July 2022
The hectic schedule issue means that there will be no music post for Sunday this week as well. I see that no one was interested in checking off anything in my poll last week. My view count has been trending steadily downward over the last two months, so that might be an even bigger indicator of things. Nine months of moderate growth followed by that trend is not very encouraging, to say the least. The fewer than a handful of subscribers commenting (you know who you are, thank you) is rewarding, but my percentage of readers who actually open my posts is very disheartening. I don’t see any sharing either. In the end, that appears more telling than any poll. Maybe I should start writing angry Free Verse and disjointed kaleidoscopes of undisciplined thoughts. Maybe I’ll go political, which I’m trying desperately to avoid. Maybe I should drink less coffee, too.
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.
